Key Responsibilities:
Process and close consumer and mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID rules and regulatory requirements
Manage a steady pipeline of loans
Manage loan bookings and prepare of monthly and quarterly reports for Bank Directors
Experience with commercial loan processing and closing is a plus, but not required
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in loan processing and closing (consumer and mortgage required)
Strong understanding of early estimating and disclosure of costs
Familiarity with compliance practices
Comfortable in a role that values consistency, accuracy, and teamwork
