POSITION SUMMARY
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to the President of Brown & Co, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate daily internal and external schedules, including appointments, meetings, and calendar prioritization
Serve as a primary point of contact for client follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional communication
Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and reservations
Screen and manage incoming voicemails and communications, responding when appropriate or forwarding to the correct party
Prepare presentations and supporting materials for meetings, events, or client interactions
Run personal and business-related errands as needed
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise
Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as requested
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; presentation building experience preferred
Ability to work independently, think ahead, and problem-solve proactively
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist with both professional and personal tasks
