Full Time Schedule: 40 hrs/wk during hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7:50AM-6PM Eastern Time) What you'll do
Make 150 to 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping Generate rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services Meet individual and team sales goals Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM Who you are
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred A strong hunger for financial success Being a self-starter with an business owners spirit and a need to exceed goals A positive attitude Passionate about making a difference! Resilient and the ability to professionally handle rejection and upset customers Self-discipline and time management skills to successfully work from home Being an articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator Being a trainable, coachable, constant learner Being a multi-tasker with amazing organizational skills and great attention to detail Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a consumer What We Offer
