Opportunity You’re not just joining a hotel – you’re the creator of our brand from the ground up! As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will shape the story, energy, and identity of our soon-to-open property. From crafting the launch strategy to sparking buzz across our beautiful city, you’ll lead all marketing and communication efforts that put our hotel on the map before the doors even open.

Responsibilities

Brand & Storytelling

Define and protect the hotel’s brand voice, visual identity, and narrative

Craft completing messaging for all pre-opening campaigns, press releases and promotion materials

Ensure brand consistency across all on and offline channels

Develop and execute the full pre-opening marketing and communication plan

Create impactful digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns

Plan and manage the marketing timeline leading up to launch, including soft-open events, teaser comparing, influencers activation, and community engagement

Public Relations & Media

Build strong relationships with media, influencers, tourism boards, and local partners

Manage press events, media previews, and all public-facing communication

Monitor press coverage, reputation, and brand sentiment

Digital & Social Media

Own all digital channels: website content, hotel listings, social media, SEO, and email marketing

Curate social media content that builds excitement, showcased progress, and drives early engagement

Track digital performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with the General Manager, Sales & Revenue teams, and pre-opening task force to ensure aligned strategies

Support recruitment marketing and brand culture initiative

Oversee phot/video shoots and creative content production

Qualifications

Experience in marketing or communication, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle brands

A visionary mindset with the ability to turn concepts into campaigns

Strong writing, storytelling, and presentational skills

Digital marketing expertise across platforms and analytic tool

A passion for design, culture, hospitality and creating unforgettable brand moments

Ability to thrive in the fast-pace, high-energy world of hotel pre-opening
