The Role

The Clayfield is seeking a creative and strategic

Marketing Manager

to lead all brand and marketing initiatives across the hotel, restaurant, spa, and Commons. This is a hands-on role responsible for shaping brand storytelling, digital presence, content, partnerships, and community engagement, while helping establish The Clayfield as a distinctive luxury destination within Niagara-on-the-Lake. Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across hotel, restaurant, spa, and Commons Lead brand storytelling and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints Own digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns Create and manage photo, video, and written content; coordinate shoots and asset libraries Drive seasonal campaigns and promotions with Revenue, F&B, Spa, and Operations teams Support PR, media, and influencer hosting in collaboration with Hyatt and regional partners Promote events, activations, and community programming at The Clayfield Commons Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and reporting Play a key role in pre-opening, soft-opening, and grand-opening initiatives Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, wine regions, or luxury brands Strong digital marketing and content creation skills Excellent writing and communication ability Experience working with agencies, creatives, and external partners Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities Creative, proactive, and energized by building something new Why Join The Clayfield
