Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing

processes, procedures, and practices

and recommend improvements

Develop, review, and update

process documentation, guidelines, and workflows

to enhance efficiency

Conduct detailed

workflow mapping and gap analysis

to identify pain points

Design, develop, and maintain

SharePoint solutions , including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows

Create and configure SharePoint layouts, navigation, branding, and content structures

Develop and implement

automated workflows

for approvals, task routing, and data collection

Build custom

SharePoint web parts and features

to enhance functionality

Manage SharePoint lists and document libraries with appropriate

metadata and security settings

Track, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support

continuous improvement

Develop reports and dashboards using

data visualization tools

to communicate insights

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather accurate, complete, and actionable data

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications Required (Must-Have)

Strong proficiency with

Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office

applications

Advanced expertise in

Microsoft Excel and Visio

Working knowledge and hands-on experience with

SharePoint applications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancement

Strong analytical, organizational, and

attention to detail

skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Advanced skills in

data tracking, management, and reporting

using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

Experience with

data synthesis, interpretation, and stakeholder presentations

Ability to create and manage

automated data collection and reporting workflows

Excellent

written, verbal, and visual communication

skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

required
