Sr. Analyst, Digital Acceleration – Brand & Partnership
Kraft Heinz Company, Chicago, Illinois, United States, 60290
Job Description
This highly collaborative role fuels digital growth for our Away From Home team by acting as a connector between Digital Acceleration, Brand Marketing, BAP, Experiential, and other cross‑functional teams. While some responsibilities require independent execution, this role’s true impact comes from building strong partnerships and working seamlessly with colleagues and external partners. You’ll lead two pillars: Content & Brand Creative, and Strategic Partnerships.
Serve as the primary conduit between Digital Acceleration and Brand Marketing, maintaining regular touchpoints to align on priorities and ensure content accuracy.
Own and optimize content for all Away From Home products, collaborating closely with brand teams to reflect brand voice and positioning.
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital content, including SEO strategy and enhanced imagery for product pages and campaigns.
Manage, plan, and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, including running the monthly content calendar and owning followership and engagement KPIs.
Act as a hands‑on content creator—planning and executing photo/video shoots with culinary teams, capturing content at events, and producing social‑first assets (e.g., iPhone video, on‑site photos).
Manage agency partners for content and copy development, ensuring deliverables are timely, on‑brand, and innovative.
Support B2B media programs as a content expert and consultant, bringing brand insights and best practices to external campaigns.
Champion adoption of new content technologies, including leveraging AI to create assets when traditional production isn’t feasible.
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to iterate and drive continuous improvement.
Integrate and amplify national activations—like Live Nation events or NFL campaigns—into B2B and online channels, creating digital‑first stories that resonate with our audiences.
Collaborate with partner social teams to co‑create and cross‑promote content, maximizing impact across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, partner channels).
Lead evaluation & optimization for how our brands show up on menus for third‑party delivery apps.
Track, analyze, and report on digital engagement from partnership‑driven initiatives to inform ongoing strategy.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
2 years of experience in a related role, agency preferred
Proven ability to work collaboratively in matrixed, cross‑functional teams
Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to support others to achieve shared goals
Ability to balance independent ownership with collective problem‑solving
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand partnerships
Creative thinker with a passion for food, storytelling, and digital engagement
Analytical mindset; comfortable with data‑driven decision making
