
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Senior Intune & Autopilot Consultant / Subject Matter Expert
to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll lead and deliver
modern endpoint management solutions
for enterprise and public-sector customers, serving as both a technical authority and a trusted advisor.
This is a
client-facing, consultative position
for an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, guiding customers through change, and delivering solutions that are practical, secure, and sustainable.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of
Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
solutions
Guide customers through
endpoint modernization and migration initiatives , including transitions from tools such as Ivanti
Migrate configurations, policies, applications, and devices into Intune
Architect and support
Windows Autopilot enrollment and provisioning
(Azure AD–joined and hybrid scenarios)
Troubleshoot complex issues related to:
Autopilot failures
Policy conflicts and compliance issues
Application packaging, deployment, and patching
Act as a
trusted technical advisor , helping customers make informed design and operational decisions
Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and planning workshops with customer IT teams
Partner with Project Managers to scope work, estimate effort, and identify risks
Create high-quality documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support knowledge transfer
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Professional Services practice
Skills & Experience Required Skills & Experience
8+ years
of experience in endpoint management, EUC, or modern workplace roles
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune , including:
Configuration and compliance policies
Application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSIX, Microsoft Store)
Device and user group targeting
Advanced experience with Windows Autopilot , including design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of
MDM concepts and endpoint security best practices
Experience with
MECM (ConfigMgr)
in co‑management or migration scenarios
Proven ability to migrate from third‑party UEM tools (Ivanti or similar) to Intune
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to produce clear technical documentation for customers and internal teams
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, or equivalent)
PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and Conditional Access
Consulting or professional services background
Experience supporting federal, public‑sector, or regulated environments
