Re-Bath Michigan is growing! As the nation’s #1 bathroom remodeler, we’re expanding our field team and are looking for a motivated Assistant Field Representative Coordinator to help lead and support our Brand Ambassador/Field Representative program. We’re seeking a dependable, positive, and highly organized team player who can both represent the Re‑Bath brand and provide day‑to‑day support to our field rep team. In this role, you’ll help ensure strong, consistent engagement across our national retail accounts, local events, trade shows, and home shows. You’ll coach and guide field reps, strengthen store relationships, and help drive high‑quality leads through education and customer interaction. This position is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys collaboration, problem‑solving, and being on the move. You’ll help monitor KPIs, reinforce corporate sales processes, ensure accurate CRM use, and provide feedback that keeps our field presence running smoothly. Travel is a regular part of the role. You’ll rotate through national account locations to offer consistent support, build relationships, and help the reps and stores succeed. As an added perk, we offer a very generous mileage reimbursement program on top of your salary. Salary is based on experience and negotiable for the right candidate. Responsibilities

Represent the Re‑Bath brand and provide day‑to‑day support to the field rep team. Help ensure strong, consistent engagement across national retail accounts, local events, trade shows, and home shows. Monitor KPIs; reinforce corporate sales processes; ensure accurate CRM use; provide feedback to keep the field presence running smoothly. Travel to national account locations to offer consistent support and build relationships. Manage mileage reimbursement expectations as part of the role. Qualifications

Outgoing, people‑oriented personality Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to learn and clearly communicate Re‑Bath’s services and trade language Comfortable implementing sales scripts, tools, and CRM processes Proficient with basic computer skills and office suite software Highly organized, self‑motivated, and effective under pressure Warm, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor Available to work evenings and Saturdays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Big Box store sales or brand marketing experience preferred (HOME DEPOT & LOWE’S strongly preferred) Ability to coordinate with store teams, brief staff, and set up partners for success Mileage reimbursement provided—earn for both your time and distance traveled!
