and a strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics business. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipment documentation and entries. Responsibilities
Prepare and process import entries accurately and in compliance with regulations Use
Cargowise
daily for shipment clearance Review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and other regulatory requirements Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams Resolve entry discrepancies and documentation issues efficiently Maintain organized and accurate records Requirements
Proven experience as an Entry Writer
in freight forwarding or logistics Hands-on experience with Cargowise Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications
Customs brokerage or forwarding background Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations Experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow with an established logistics company
