experienced Sales Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in managing projects from start to finish in our
packaging operations .
In this role, you’ll be the
hub of communication and coordination , ensuring projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and quality standards are exceeded—both internally and for our valued customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
Be the main internal contact between teams, vendors, and customers
Use ERP systems to manage workflows, scheduling, costing, and reporting
Spot potential risks and proactively develop solutions
Ensure all project details are documented and communicated clearly
Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, and sales teams
Keep follow-up on deadlines and deliverables precise and consistent
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in sales support, project management, or customer service (print/packaging experience a plus)
Strong ERP experience (manufacturing systems preferred)
Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive problem solver
Excellent communicator with strong follow-up skills
