Responsibilities
Support the CSP Team in aligning brand objectives with sales priorities through the AMPS framework
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify needs and serve as a liaison for strategic retail initiatives
Assist in developing selling materials and tracking new item innovation and performance
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights
Prepare presentations and reports for Sales leadership on project progress
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG, including roles in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and/or SPINS
Background in the dairy and/or beverage industry
Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
