What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Create and execute sales campaigns through cold and warm calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods
Assist the Territory Manager in strengthening sales process acumen and eventually learn to run full sales cycles independently
Network and coordinate with partners and marketing for identification, segmentation, and targeting approaches
Engage with potential customers to provide ongoing qualification and nurturing activities to advance sales opportunities
Utilize tools to maintain data integrity and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Confidence, tenacity, and a positive attitude with a drive to succeed
Proven track record of success in an Inside Sales or Business Development role
Strong technology acumen and a self-driven interest in learning enterprise-grade software solutions
Familiarity with leveraging sales and marketing outreach tools, preferably Salesforce
Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow experience and sales skill set
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5 years of Account Executive experience, preferably with a service or software company
Some technical and reporting aptitude within the Salesforce environment
Exposure to operations best practices and tools
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
