Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) while adhering to corporate travel guidelines Ensure timely communication, including call-backs within a 1-hour window and email responses within 2 hours Process reservations and ticketing using the online tool (Concur) Maintain ownership of travel records and ensure all client details are addressed prior to departure Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, and tariffs to apply knowledge to travel arrangements What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in corporate travel Proficiency in Sabre, Travelport Plus, and Worldspan; Apollo knowledge is optional Competency in ticketing processes, including exchanges Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with online booking tools Knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures Familiarity with health requirements and travel documentation for various countries
