This is a full-time, on-site Junior Property Manager role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day property operations, addressing resident needs, ensuring property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, managing leases, and overseeing property compliance. The Junior Property Manager will also support leasing efforts and tenant communication while ensuring a high standard of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Strong skills in property management, lease administration, and vendor coordination. Experience in customer service and tenant relations to ensure a positive resident experience. Proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to identify and address property maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Working knowledge of property management software and tools is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, vendors, and team members with professionalism. A proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently onsite. Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
