About the Role Business Development Specialists connect real people to real solutions. You will be handpicked by leadership and trusted with a list of warm leads and nurture the relationships from initial call to closing.

You will connect with business owners nationwide, understand their unique challenges, and share our innovative financial solution service to help them overcome debt and achieve long-term success. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, meeting daily and monthly performance goals, and maximizing opportunities within your assigned portfolio.

Joining the Rise team as a Business Development Specialist provides you with the opportunity to learn from industry experts about our one-of-a-kind debt resolution services. Our senior team will train you on our offerings and how they relate to our robust client-base, with the expectation of proactive warm lead outreach where you are able to clearly explain Rise debt resolution services as they fit each prospective client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full sale cycle pipeline, following up on warms leads to closing.

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, consultative guidance tailored to each client’s needs with empathy, professionalism, and transparency

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and warm leads

Achieve daily metrics and monthly targets to drive personal and team success

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support

Uphold the company’s ethical and client-focused standards in all interactions

What You Bring

At least 1 year of full time (post-grad) sales experience

A hunger for success, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow

Excitement to join a dynamic, in-person team full-time

Driven by both personal and team success

Strong active listening skills and an empathetic, consultative approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Self-starter mentality with a track record of personal and professional achievement

Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $70,000 + Commission
