The Role We are seeking a Sales Manager to

own revenue performance

within a defined regional territory for our recycled polyester staple fiber products. This role combines customer-facing sales activity with market awareness and internal collaboration to support sustainable, profitable growth.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and translating market activity into actionable insight. This position suits someone who is comfortable being accountable for results, values long-term relationships, and represents our company with professionalism in the field.

What You’ll Do

Manage a regional sales territory with responsibility for meeting revenue and growth objectives

Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts

Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with customer needs and company capabilities

Maintain regular in-person contact with customers through site visits and meetings

Stay connected to market conditions, customer demand, and competitive activity

Share market intelligence and customer insight to support forecasting and strategic planning

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met reliably

Track opportunities, forecasts, and performance using CRM and reporting tools

Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations

Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development

Experience in fibers, textiles, recycling, plastics, or related industrial markets preferred

Ability to manage a territory and revenue targets with minimal oversight

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-based role

Organized, dependable, and results-oriented
