Retirement Services Sales Consultant ($80K - $130K+) * REMOTE* Selling TPASERVICES in Western Region Company Overview:
A leading provider of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services, specializing in retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, Solo 401(k), MEPs, and Cash Balance plans. We serve a diverse client base, from emerging startups to established enterprises, emphasizing technical excellence and ERISA expertise. Seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Remote Sales Consultant to join our Colorado team. You will leverage your ERISA knowledge to grow revenue through sales of our TPA services, focusing on expanding our client base in the Western territory. The ideal candidate will understand retirement plan structures, compliance, and regulations, and be capable of consulting with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new opportunities within the territory. Build and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and intermediaries. Conduct consultations to assess client needs and demonstrate our TPA services. Use ERISA expertise to advise clients on compliance and plan optimization. Explain complex retirement concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients with assets up to $100M. Present proposals and quotes effectively. Manage leads and sales activities using CRM tools. Report on sales performance and market trends regularly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience in retirement services. Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan structures. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working remotely. Willing to travel up to 25% overnight within the territory. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools. Existing network in financial services or retirement planning is a plus. #LI-KF1 Meet Your Recruiter
