Job Summary This is a unique opportunity to help us grow our Loan Transaction Network. This position will serve as a relationship manager with a strong financial acumen and ability to communicate investment and balance sheet strategies to the client.

The day-to-day duties of the position can be categorized as follows:

Maintain and expand market knowledge in order to discuss and educate clients on changes in the market/economy

Present and discuss quantitative analyses to clients

Consult with clients on balance sheet strategies appropriate to their risk appetite and comply with policy architecture

Manage loan‑level datasets, develop and enhance LTN analytics tools using programming languages, and support loan pool modeling and analysis within ALM software under guidance.

Responsibilities The LTN Associate with supporting LTN transaction and ensuring transactions are completed in a timely manner.

Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing/sales strategy for our LTN network

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support loan trading, portfolio optimization, and market intelligence.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance LTN platform analytics, including matching logic, performance metrics, and reporting.

Prospecting and networking via telephone calls and face‑to‑face meetings with prospective clients.

Develop LTN presentations for delivery to prospective clients

Utilize company resources as needed to secure commitments.

Once a transaction is underway, ensure the timely and successful completionn Attend industry events and trade shows for the purpose of generating leads and closing sales

Stay informed on industry trends, changes in industry regulations and the competitive landscape

Work with management and product development team to refine existing products as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be comfortable selling to financial institutions.

Sales/marketing experience in the financial services industry required with a focus on back office organization.

PC/Windows‑based software experience required with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiar with operational task designed to improve overall transaction efficiency.

Minimum Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business related fields
