$70,000–$90,000 base

for someone who enjoys execution, ownership, and bringing events to life.
We’re hiring a
Marketing Specialist
to support a well-established manufacturer of
structural steel pallet racking and warehouse storage systems
serving customers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role sits within demand generation and is heavily focused on
trade shows and event marketing , with additional responsibility for campaign support and executive reporting.
This position is ideal for a
self-starter
who can follow established SOPs and best practices, manage multiple moving parts, and make leadership’s life easier through strong execution and clear reporting.
What You’ll Do
Own trade shows and events end-to-end, including booth logistics, registration, exhibitor coordination, attendance tracking, and on-site execution
Travel to industry events and trade shows (approximately 50%)
Support marketing campaigns focused on new account growth
Execute within established SOPs and best practices (no need to reinvent processes)
Prepare
executive report summaries , including gathering data, analyzing results, and making clear business recommendations
Track KPIs and event performance metrics using Excel
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting trade shows, events, or field marketing
Strong Excel skills (reporting, tracking, analysis)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
Willingness to travel and work on-site in Long Valley, NJ
