Job Overview

The Director of Sales and Marketing leads all aspects of the hotel's sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue and maximizing occupancy. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests. Revenue Management: Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and maximize revenue. Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings. Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and industry partners. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Brand Management: Protect and enhance the hotel's brand reputation. Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of special events and promotions. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall guest experience. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals. Strong understanding of hotel operations and distribution channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
