
Summary
The Director of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic financial planning across a complex, multi-program environment. This position provides critical financial insight to executive leadership, ensures the integrity of financial processes, and drives disciplined fiscal management to support sustainable growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of financial operations, including cash flow reporting, reconciliations, and budget management.
Administer all financial representative transactions, including commissions, advances, payroll, and compensation programs.
Oversee general ledger activities, tax filings, and coordination with external consultants such as tax advisors and financial planners.
Manage forecasting, expense oversight, and profit margin analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Partner with executive leadership on quarterly tax estimates, operating account reconciliations, and financial risk management.
Lead financial modeling and strategic forecasting to support growth across multiple offices and programs.
Own reporting and administration of financial representative programs, including rent allocations, stipends, and allowances.
Drive continuous improvement in budgeting processes, benefits coordination, and advisor financial modeling.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all financial records and transactions.
Collaborate closely with centralized accounting functions and internal stakeholders to align financial strategy and execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in finance or accounting, including general ledger, payroll, commissions, and tax filings.
Demonstrated experience in forecasting, expense management, and profit margin analysis.
Experience working with external consultants, including tax advisors and financial professionals.
Familiarity with intercompany fund transfers and centralized accounting environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity and precision.
