About the role We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced
Salesforce Administrator
to join our team. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Brio’s Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, business-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do Salesforce Platform Administration
Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls.
Configure standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Experience components.
Ensure data integrity through validation rules, data imports, deduplication, and ongoing data quality monitoring.
Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and release deployments.
Sales Cloud
Configure and support Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Forecasting processes.
Automate sales workflows using Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance tracking.
Partner with sales leadership to optimize CRM usage and adoption.
Service Cloud
Administer Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalations, and Service Console configurations.
Support Knowledge Base setup, maintenance, and article lifecycle management.
Implement automation to improve customer response times, SLA adherence, and case resolution efficiency.
Support omni-channel routing and customer support workflows.
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ products, pricing, bundles, and discounting rules.
Support quote templates, approval processes, and guided selling configurations.
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, quoting, and order handoff.
Marketing Cloud
Support user access, data extensions, and subscriber management within Marketing Cloud.
Coordinate data integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Assist marketing teams with campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in/opt-out requirements.
General Responsibilities
Serve as a primary escalation point for Salesforce support issues and enhancement requests.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practices.
Support end-user training and adoption initiatives.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform improvements.
Partner with external Salesforce consultants or vendors as needed.
Qualifications 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM administration role.
Strong hands‑on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud environments.
Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud) are a plus.
