Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Admin (Copado)
Location: Remote (Nearshore)
Job-Type: 18-month Contract
Salary Range: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Enterprise Salesforce DevOps Administrator with strong Copado experience. To manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining Flows, Approval Processes, and other automation tools to streamline business operations and enhance user experience. They will administer, configure and maintain Salesforce Copado platform including managing security and assess control, Manage package updates and Salesforce releases. they will be working 95% in Copado
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules to automate complex business workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and testing.
Perform regular data audits and maintain data integrity.
Support and train end users to ensure optimal adoption and productivity.
Work closely with developers, analysts, and leadership to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Required Experience & Skills:
4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Release manager with Managed package experience.
3 years working with Copado
CI/CD concepts
Github experience
Must have experience in Salesforce Flow (record-triggered screen, and scheduled flows and approval process)
Experience creating reports, Dashboards and Data analysis tools
Nice to Have Experience:
Certified DevOps Professional
Copado Fundamentals I & II
Salesforce Certification Preferred
Boomi/Kafka experience
Has worked with Healthcare or Staffing software
