We’re looking for a mid-level
Salesforce Developer
to build and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into secure, maintainable implementations—balancing speed of delivery with long-term platform health.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows , and configuration best practices.
Implement and maintain automation (Flow, approvals, assignment rules) with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and auditability.
Build integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and/or iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi) where applicable.
Create and enhance data models, validation rules, security controls, and sharing strategies aligned with least-privilege access.
Support release management across sandboxes and production, including CI/CD participation and change documentation.
Troubleshoot issues in production, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative fixes.
Collaborate with admins, analysts, and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements and are well-documented.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong proficiency in
Apex
and the
Lightning Platform
(LWC and/or Aura).
Experience building declarative automation with
Flow
and understanding when code vs. configuration is appropriate.
Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security (profiles/permission sets, sharing), and governor limits.
Experience with source control (Git) and structured deployment processes (change sets, SFDX, DevOps tools, etc.).
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more clouds:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud .
Integration experience (external systems, OAuth, named credentials, platform events, middleware).
Testing discipline: Apex test strategy, mocking patterns, and regression prevention.
Salesforce certifications such as
Platform Developer I ,
Platform App Builder , or
Administrator .
Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions) and package‑based development.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Build familiarity with our org architecture, data model, and release process.
Deliver enhancements independently with clean code, adequate tests, and clear documentation.
Improve reliability or maintainability in at least one area (automation cleanup, integration hardening, or performance tuning).
Develop trusted working relationships with business partners and the Salesforce team.
