Account Planner – Walmart At LOréal Consumers Products, our mission is to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable. Our division holds the world’s #1 beauty brand with L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand with Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand with Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Makeup. Responsibilities
Tracks sales data to provide insights and learnings across CPD Walmart Commercial to support business growth and achieve strategic objectives. Assists in the analysis of sales fundamentals and building of selling stories to gain share and space, grow units, and increase profitability with the customer. Develops new ad hoc reporting and analysis, conducting deep dives to support ongoing business needs. Owns overall analysis of sales, inventory, promotions and cascading to teams; includes Event, Lever, & Promotional Performance, In Stock Analysis, Hero Items Analysis, SKU Optimizations, Geographic & By Door Analysis, and Unique Buyer Requests. Supports directors with line review prep, including add/delete and modular analysis, and cosmetics monthly business reviews. Provides category expertise, shopper behavior and competitive insights to understand the changing retailer and customer landscape; presents key opportunities and learnings to the team. Supports CX team with digital insights to drive online growth and enhance the online shopping experience. Other tasks related to the role as assigned, including Walmart Layout Center & In Store Mod Support, in-office support for mod room maintenance, and event support (prep, on-site, and post analysis). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business analysis role Strong knowledge of retailer data/syndicated data Proficient: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Preferred: Scintilla, PowerBI, Nielsen Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives Deep knowledge of beauty and personal care, specifically for given category Ability to work on multiple tasks with great accuracy Can analyze and visualize data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations Strong interpersonal and communication skills, takes initiative Measures of Success
