
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Day-to-day duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions to enhance sales team capabilities, and building relationships with potential clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction.

Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities to guide and develop a dynamic sales team
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Strong Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, and Organizational skills to drive business growth
Relevant professional experience in the insurance, benefits, or financial services industries preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamics within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
