With multiple locations in San Diego, Silicon Valley, Orlando, and in Alameda, we provide a range of services including drop-in play, leagues, lessons, tournaments, private and social events. Our Alameda facility is equipped with courts for players of all levels, a fitness facility with a myriad of gym equipment, complemented by our group fitness classes, our staff is dedicated to ensuring the best pickleball and fitness experience.
Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at The Hub Pickleball in Alameda, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience, addressing any customer service needs that arise on site, organization of the front desk, fitness, and pickleball areas.

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Knowledge of pickleball or interest in learning about the sport
Some knowledge, interest or experience with fitness
