Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our automotive retail team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and pricing
Schedule appointments and coordinate with service or sales teams
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred (retail or automotive a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
