We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medicare Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
This role is the first point of contact for prospective Medicare beneficiaries who call or inquire about our services. The Medicare Sales Development Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, answering high-level Medicare questions, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed Medicare agents for enrollment support. This position does not involve closing sales or providing detailed plan recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. This role is well-suited for someone interested in healthcare, sales development, or a long-term career path in the Medicare insurance industry.
