Your primary role is to educate and guide prospects attending our Social Security planning workshops through personalized follow-up appointments, helping them implement retirement income, asset protection, and wealth preservation strategies. This is an outside sales position that requires face-to-face meetings with prospects from Social Security planning workshops.

All client leads are provided exclusively through agency-sponsored educational workshops. You will work solely with products and carriers approved and contracted through the agency. In exchange for the agency covering all business overhead expenses and providing qualified leads, you agree to meet established minimum production requirements and to represent only YFB products during your employment.**Job Description****Compensation Details*** Annual Base Salary: $40,000 – paid bi-weekly and treated as a recoverable draw against earned commissions.* Commissions: Paid on all approved sales according to the current agency commission schedule (available in your producer agreement).* Monthly Bonus: If your gross commissions earned in a given month exceed the monthly draw amount ($3,750), you will receive the positive difference as a monthly performance bonus, paid on or before the 15th of the following month.* Uncapped earning potential based on production volume.* There is no additional compensation (salary, hourly pay, or stipend) beyond commissions and bonuses once the draw is fully covered.**Business Expenses Covered by the Agency**

The agency provides and pays for the following at no cost to you:* Office space and utilities* Workshop venue costs and materials* Marketing collateral and educational handouts* Lead generation through Social Security planning workshops* Administrative support (scheduling, application processing, etc.)* Agency-provided technology and software* Continuing education and required training**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Actively participate in and help facilitate agency-hosted Social Security planning workshops (in-person and/or virtual).* Follow up promptly with workshop attendees to schedule and conduct needs-based consultation appointments.* Perform thorough fact-finding and suitability analyses with prospective clients.* Present, recommend, and sell only agency-approved insurance and financial products (including but not limited to annuities, life insurance, long-term care solutions, and Medicare-related offerings where licensed).* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and sales in the agency’s CRM and compliance systems.* Adhere to all state, federal, and carrier compliance requirements, including suitability standards and disclosure obligations.* Meet or exceed the agency’s minimum production requirements (detailed in your producer agreement and performance plan).* Continuously improve product knowledge, presentation skills, and industry expertise through provided training.* Conduct all business activities ethically and in the best interest of the client.**Important Employment Conditions*** Captive/Exclusive Representation Requirement

You must achieve and maintain minimum sales and activity requirements as outlined in your individual producer agreement and performance plan. Failure to meet these standards may result in corrective action, adjustment of draw recovery terms, or termination of employment.* Licensing
