The Senior Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring all aspects of the process run smoothly. It involves end-to-end event management, vendor coordination, and collaboration with lawyers and business teams to deliver polished, strategic experiences. The client is a prestigious Am50 Law Firm known for specializing in high-stakes corporate law, M&A, capital markets and complex litigation cases. Plan and manage full event lifecycles, including conferences, receptions, seminars, and curated client experiences. Source and evaluate venues, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors, caterers, and internal teams. Handle logistical details such as invitations, RSVPs, AV coordination, transportation, room setups, decor, and on-site staffing. Maintain event databases, calendars, spreadsheets, and assist with client gifting programs. Provide hands-on event execution support, including on-site coordination and comprehensive post-event follow-up. Profile

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and research skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, motivated, and eager to contribute beyond core responsibilities while upholding strong judgment. Experienced in event planning (minimum three years), ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. Technologically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in CRM or marketing platforms preferred. Job Offer
