CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and role alignment. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.

SUMMARY The Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for enabling Ducati’s digital storytelling across the United States and Canada. This role will oversee all social media channels, community engagement, and the coordination of content creation (photo, video, and brand storytelling) to ensure a consistent, premium, and authentic representation of the Ducati brand. This individual will be a hands‑on creator — developing campaigns and ensuring all content aligns with Ducati’s global identity and North American marketing priorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management

Execute Ducati North America’s social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Maintain a unified brand voice aligned with Ducati’s global tone and premium positioning

Manage community engagement — responding to followers, moderating comments, and fostering an authentic Ducatisti community

Monitor social trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand engagement

Manage social media calendar in coordination with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events

Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports and insights to optimize content strategy

Content Production & Coordination

Oversee planning and execution of all photo and video content shoots in the US and Canada — including product, lifestyle, event, and campaign material

Coordinate with global Ducati teams, creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and regional partners to ensure content alignment and delivery

Manage content libraries, ensuring assets are properly tagged, stored, and distributed to dealers, media, and internal stakeholders

Support major events and activations with on‑site content capture and real‑time social coverage

Collaboration & Brand Governance

Partner closely with global Ducati communications teams to align tone, imagery, and storytelling

Work with PR, Digital Marketing, and Dealer Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all consumer‑facing channels

Uphold Ducati’s brand identity guidelines in every piece of content and post

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in social media management and content production

Proven ability to manage social channels with strong visual storytelling and audience growth

Experience producing or coordinating photo/video shoots with creative direction capabilities

Strong understanding of digital metrics, social analytics tools, and best practices.

Excellent writing, copyediting, and visual communication skills

Motorcycle passion or familiarity with the powersports/luxury/lifestyle sector is a strong advantage

Availability for travel to events, content shoots, and activations across North America

The role is based in Sunnyvale, CA
