Pay is based on experience.**## Qualifications**Job Duties:*** Plans, schedules and conducts activity programs* Plans and schedules trips and outside activities; arranges for transportation and supervision* Assists in developing and printing a newsletter that includes articles of past and future activities* Assists in planning appropriate programs for holidays and special events* Meets with each resident upon move-in to introduce the activities program and to learn of resident’s interests and likes/dislikes* Design events to meet the interests of the residents**Job Requirements:*** Responds creatively to resident’s requests for programs and activities* Ability to pass a background check and eligibility for employment* Recognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgrounds* Participates and assists in marketing and staff functions* Ability to physically meet the demands as needed**Country Place Senior Living is actively seeking candidates with previous experience with similar positions.** #J-18808-Ljbffr
