Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the best service and care through effective communication and coordination. Responsibilities
Review documentation on referral for insurance qualifications. Maintain daily tasks regarding patient referrals. Process insurance verifications on new referrals, including checking eligibility and benefits. Contact patients via email, telephone, or mail to inform them about referral status from their physician. Update patient accounts as communication occurs regarding referrals. Answer all incoming calls for the company and redirect calls as required. Provide basic customer service addressing patient concerns and questions. Save all documentation regarding referrals into secure patient records in the patient file storage system. Collaborate effectively with all departments to best serve the patient and referral source. Refer service complaints and compliments to appropriate personnel. Perform all job functions with the Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind. Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using Brightree and other relevant software. Additional Details
