
Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. Use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting direct customer service
Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
Promote and sell products effectively
Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management
General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
Team & Development
Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store
Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other
Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
Follow best practices for in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.)
Support opening and closing of the store
Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
