Position Summary
Oversees reservation platform
Maintains sales calendar and coordinates communication between FOH and BOH
Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
Maintains open communication with Front Desk and Concierge teams
Responds quickly to all guest feedback and/or inquiries when given
Maintains Host Dept staffing pars. Interview and hire accordingly in conjunction with AGM/GM
Oversees training program for Host team in conjunction with GM
Manages Menu, Host Stand, and Office supplies and submits orders with GM approval to maintain pars
Foster a positive work environment
Monitors staff performance and initiates corrective actions
Educates self with full understanding of all food and beverage products
Effectively schedules Host staff to established pars
Creates a culture of long-term growth for reservations and sales team members
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years’ experience as in high volume restaurant with a focus in reservations
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
Vast product knowledge
Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and leadership
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
All other duties as assigned
