Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Development Strategy and Recruitment Analyst to join our dynamic team at Pizza Hut of America, LLC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our franchise recruitment, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on financial evaluation and deal assessment, representing Pizza Hut with prospective franchisees and acquisition candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities

Lead financial evaluation and deal assessment for franchise recruitment, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships. Represent Pizza Hut in preliminary conversations with prospective franchisees and acquisition candidates. Evaluate prospective franchisees' fit within available opportunities. Assist in identifying and evaluating unique growth opportunities for Pizza Hut's inorganic growth funnel. Assess organizational and restaurant-level P&L data to provide recommendations on valuation and deal structure. Review franchise candidate financial submissions to determine eligibility for desired markets or acquisition opportunities. Serve as the first point of contact for new franchisee, M&A, and strategic partnership opportunities, hosting introductory calls. Create and maintain opportunity pipelines for franchise recruitment, M&A, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in candidate and opportunity assessment throughout the evaluation and implementation process. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current franchisees, ensuring long-term success for Pizza Hut. Qualifications

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Financial acumen in a multi-unit/QSR context, including valuation, financial modeling, and sensitivity/scenario analysis. Experience assessing acquisition targets, understanding unit economics, conversion capex, and ROI. Familiarity with the franchise development lifecycle and its relevance to prospective candidates. Prior experience in candidate and/or pipeline management or recruitment support. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong strategic insight and effective communication skills to present complex ideas to directors and senior leadership. Excellent soft skills, including adaptability, agility, business intuition, curiosity, and resilience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in development, recruitment, finance, corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or franchise valuation (QSR preferred). Hands-on M&A modeling expertise, including comps/precedents, DCF, scenario & sensitivity analysis, and accretion/dilution basics.
