Support newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and customer communications. Maintain email lists, segment audiences, and ensure data hygiene. Support eCommerce initiatives, including product uploads, content updates, promotions, and merchandising coordination. Assist with pricing updates, SKU organization, and product content accuracy in collaboration with Product and Operations. Help monitor eCommerce performance and customer behavior trends.

Surveys & Customer Insights

Coordinate customer, distributor, and internal surveys to gather feedback and insights. Support survey setup, distribution, data collection, and basic analysis. Help translate insights into summaries and action items for Marketing and leadership teams.

Marketing Operations & Coordination

Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking to ensure on-time execution. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed. Maintain marketing assets, templates, and documentation. Support trade shows, promotions, and special initiatives as assigned.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and follow‑through.

Preferred

Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, or technical markets. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
