Sales Supervisor - Pentagon City (Finance)
Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional experiences for our customers. This role is similar to a Keyholder at other brands. Across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business through face-to-face customer interactions, share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, participate in process ideation and improvement, and support a variety of special projects.
Responsibilities
Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
Lead on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
Qualifications
Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude
Curious and eager to learn
Team player who is passionate about helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solver
Proud of your work and self-motivated to be a top performer
Positive, energetic demeanor, even during long hours

Compensation and Benefits In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate plus variable compensation for eligible employees. The listed range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting; final compensation is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
