Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our Marketing team as the
full time Digital Marketing Specialist. Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area. Additionally, we are proud to be the official credit union of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. for our employees! This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pm. Some weeks may have varying start and end times, or weekend work if there are any marketing events. We will provide notification in advance for any schedule changes. For our Digital Marketing Specialist role, we are looking for someone to help us by supporting and executing our creative digital marketing initiatives through multiple channels with the goal to improve Legacy's competitive position in the markets served. Please see below for specifics. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Creates and deploys social media strategies to build awareness of the brand and be primary contact on social media platforms. Performs design, writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of digital content. Assists with the coordination of other internal and external marketing efforts. Reviews, interprets, analyzes, and reports on data analytics and other digital metrics in an effort to continually optimize marketing efforts. Directs day to day website management and design. Conducts comprehensive keyword research and optimization to increase organic search. Conducts online reputation management and social listening. Experience: One years to three years of similar or related experience. Preferences: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic Design, and video/photo editing is a plus. Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field)
