Account Executive Location: Remote

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target commission earnings typically ranging from 20–30% of base salary, based on performance

WHO WE ARE We are a damage recovery expert (not an insurance agency) negotiating the recovery of insurance claims on behalf of business clients in a variety of industries including cities, counties, police, and fire departments, as well as numerous verticals in the private sector.

WHO YOU ARE You are a driven account executive with a hunter mindset that will play a pivotal role in the company's aggressive growth by taking initiative and being accountable for results. You are a consultative, persistent sales professional who thrives in complex B2B environments. You are energized by building new relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. and care about long-term client value, you understand that earning the right to close starts with consistent, high-quality outbound effort.

WHAT YOU WILL DO You will become an expert on our markets and product offerings within your first180 days or sooner, you will transition from SDR-level activity focus to full cycle Account Executive ownership. You will consistently achieve sales targets and key productivity KPIs while actively managing all inherited accounts and following up on assigned leads. You will also build strong, productive working relationships within Sales and Customer Success teams to foster a collaborative environment.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

Proactively source and qualify prospects using ZoomInfo and other research tools to build targeted outreach lists

Execute consistent daily outbound activity, including 30–40 calls per day, along with email and LinkedIn outreach

Exhibit clear understanding of ACM’s value proposition and ability to educate prospects on ACM’s nuanced services through consultative conversations that uncover needs and demonstrate value

Ownership of the sales cycle, from initial engagement and discovery meeting to signed agreement, support of customer success team and referral network of new customer

Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in the CRM and follow established SOPs to ensure success for the client

Find creative ways to establish multi-threaded relationships within prospect organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders

Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless transition between teams

Travel nationally for industry tradeshows and client meetings as needed

Willingness to learn new skills, tools and techniques to adapt to evolving markets

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following minimum qualifications/skills & experience:

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally with outbound prospecting

Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and professional email communication

Self-motivated and possess intrinsic belief in oneself to overcome adversity

Outcome-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Skilled at fostering collaborative relationships and maintaining clear, professional communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 with experience using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, SalesLoft or comparable prospecting and CRM platforms

Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as fleets, municipalities, self-insured entities, TPA’s, captives and enterprise accounts are strongly preferred
