Assistant Golf Professional Full-Time positions available. Looking for a motivated individual to work in the resort/public golf business with a goal of working towards PGA Membership.
Experience Required
Retail experience required. Must be a golfer and familiar with aspects of the game. Must have solid verbal and written/electronic communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities
Providing Exceptional Customer Service to Visiting Guests and Members Creating Additional Revenues by Actively Promoting Company Products and Programs. Tee-Sheet Management / Operation of POS Systems Active Merchandise sales and inventory controls Monitor Both Course and Clubhouse for Proper Presentation to our Customers. To include keeping an organized and clean workspace. Assist in Outside Operations Team Member Management (Bag Drop/ Starter Stations)

Bi-Weekly Salary Seasonal Hours Average from 36 - 45 Hours Weekly
Monthly Commissions Paid On: Merchandise Sales / Select Green Fee Rounds Sales Monthly Average $250 - $500
Gratuities: Weekly Average $125 - $150 Note: There are no Caps on Gratuities or Commissions.
PGA Dues Paid in full annually ($400 - $500 Per Year)
PGA Education (Levels) After 90 days of service and then Annually $3000.00 (3 Levels to obtain PGA Membership = $9,000.00) Note: We encourage work study while on duty.
100% of Lesson Income
Annual Bonus: On Average: $800 - $1,000
Staff Clothing Allowance (Pro Shop and Outside Operations Uniforms)
Free Golf Privileges and cart fee only rates for accompanied guests.
