Responsibilities
Cold Calling.
Building and maintaining a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Communicating with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs.
Demonstrating the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
Identifying and suggesting products and services to meet customer needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Have security integration industry experience (fire alarms, intrusion systems, access control, CCTV).
Be comfortable with customer interaction and cold calling to build a new customer base.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
Must be able to design and quote security systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Valid driver's license.
Clean MVR and background check.
Previous sales experience is preferred.
