Retirement Services Sales Consultant ($80K - $130K+) * REMOTE * Selling TPASERVICES in Western Region Company Overview:

A leading provider of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services, specializing in retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, Solo 401(k), MEPs, and Cash Balance plans. We serve a diverse client base, from emerging startups to established corporations, with a focus on technical excellence and ERISA expertise. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Remote Sales Consultant based in Texas. Your role involves leveraging your understanding of ERISA to drive revenue through sales of our TPA services, focusing on expanding our client base within the Texas territory. You will work with leads, build relationships with financial and legal professionals, and consult with potential clients on their retirement plan needs. Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business within designated territory. Build and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and intermediaries. Consult with clients to assess their retirement plan needs and demonstrate our services' value. Use your ERISA knowledge to ensure plan compliance and optimization. Explain complex retirement concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients with assets up to $100M. Prepare and present proposals and quotes. Use CRM tools to manage sales activities. Report on sales performance and market insights. Benefits:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience in retirement services. Strong ERISA regulatory knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and organized; able to work remotely. Willing to travel up to 25% overnight. Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
