Experiential Agency Producer We’re looking for an Experiential Agency Producer to help bring our events and activations to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing details, and knows how to turn creative ideas into flawlessly executed real-world experiences. You’ll sit at the intersection of project management, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground production, keeping timelines tight, teams aligned, and events running smoothly. What You’ll Do Produce and support all experiential projects from kickoff through execution Own project management workflows, including workback schedules and timelinesA ఎవ Coordinato Source, manage, and communicate with external vendors (A/V, fabrication, staffing, logistics, etc.) Track deliverables, deadlines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on scope and on time Support on-site event production and execution as needed Anticipate issues before they happen and help problem-solve in real time Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and leadership teams What We’re Looking For 2-5+ years experience in experiential marketing, events, or production Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines Experience working with vendors and production partners Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environments Excellent communication skills (email, phone, on-site) Willingness to travel and work events when required Bonus Points Experience with large-scale brand activations or live events Familiarity with workback calendars, run of show documents, and production schedules Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at times10 by 2x Get notified about new Agency Producer jobs in Los Angeles Metropolitan Area . #J-18808-Ljbffr
