About the Role
Malta Dynamics is seeking an in-house Photographer / Videographer to bring our products, people, and brand to life through high-quality visual content. This role supports product launches, sales enablement, recruiting, training, and brand storytelling and plays a key part in elevating the consistency and impact of our visuals.
This is not a social-media-only role. You'll be responsible for creating professional-grade photo and video assets used across marketing, sales, recruiting, and internal training.

What You'll Do
- Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for:
- Product launches and demos
- Field use and job sites
- Trade shows and events
- Training and internal content
- Leadership and brand storytelling
- Own the full production cycle:
- Planning, shooting, editing, and delivery
- Create:
- Product videos
- Teasers and sizzle reels
- Short-form clips for web, email, and social
- Build and maintain an organized media library
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to support launches and campaigns
- Work with outside agencies as needed
- 3+ years of professional photo/video experience
- Portfolio showing product or brand storytelling
- Proficiency with:
- DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Lighting and audio
- Adobe Premiere and Lightroom (or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in industrial and outdoor environments
This role regularly works in:
- Active construction job sites
- Warehouses and shop floors
- Outdoor environments, including hunting properties
- Trade shows and live events
- Wearing PPE and working safely on job sites
- Traveling as needed
- Representing the brand in the field
- Supporting both Malta Dynamics and our Malta Hunting Safety brand
