Vice President for Investments & Growth Strategy
to lead acquisition execution, support portfolio growth, and evaluate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities Source and execute senior living acquisition opportunities Lead underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution Structure and negotiate debt and equity investments Support municipal bond and LIHTC financing for developments Partner on geographic expansion strategies Evaluate and launch new, complementary business lines Mentor and develop investment team members
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience in investments, strategy, or real estate Senior living or long-term care experience strongly preferred Proven experience structuring debt and equity transactions Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Additional Information Approximately 20% travel Must reside in or relocate to the Chicago area Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools
