
Responsibilities
Own inbound-sourced and inbound-influenced pipeline across the full B2B funnel (Leads → MQL → SQL → enterprise pipeline → ARR) Design acquisition and nurture strategies aligned to GenesisX’s enterprise and mid-market sales motions (retail media, shopper marketing, data, personalization buyers) Partner tightly with Sales to optimize MQL quality, SDR conversion, deal velocity, and attribution Build an AI-native inbound content system around GenesisX’s core platforms Deploy LLM workflows to: Generate and optimize blogs, whitepapers, vertical landing pages, case studies, and webinars Personalize content by industry, retailer, role, geography, and buying stage Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel inbound assets Establish GenesisX as a category authority in: Retail media & shopper marketing, AI driven personalization & conversion Requirements
3+ years in B2B growth marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation Proven track record building inbound and content led funnels Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels, SDR work, and enterprise buying cycles Experience in marketing technology or advertising technology Hands-on experience using LLMs for content generation, SEO optimization, personalization, and experimentation Familiar with modern growth stacks: HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Mixpanel etc… Strong understanding of how AI search, answer engines, and GEO will reshape inbound discovery Builder mentality - excited to create systems from scratch, not inherit them
