This role focuses on customer service and order management within a supply chain environment and is not a call center position. The ideal candidate is communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with customers and internal teams./ppKey Skills/pulliStrong communication skills/liliSupply chain experience/liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel/li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliAct as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts/liliManage the complete order lifecycle, including customer setup, order entry and modification, escalations, and logistics coordination/liliEnsure orders are processed and shipped according to agreed deadlines/liliCommunicate regularly with customers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams/liliProvide accurate documentation and ongoing status updates to customers/liliResolve complex customer inquiries through research and deep understanding of internal systems and processes/liliEscalate issues as needed, ensuring complete documentation throughout the process/liliMaintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate systems/liliEnsure compliance with export policies and required shipping documentation/liliAct as liaison between customers and manufacturing or aftermarket teams for quality-related issues/liliSubmit material or process non-conformance claims through the Quality Management System/liliPrepare and distribute standard and customized reports for internal teams and customers/liliSupport customer visits at the local facility as needed/liliUnderstand and follow customer order management policies, procedures, and performance metrics/liliSupport departmental goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives/liliParticipate in or lead process improvement projects/li/ulpQualifications/pulliMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, or customer order management/liliBasic understanding of supply chain operations/liliExperience with SOX compliance, credits, and debits/liliKnowledge of quality management systems preferred/liliStrong organizational and problem-solving skills/li/ulpRef: #193/ppSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joul, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
